03What you get
For
Other sports clubs

What you get

Every program fills to the right size

Capacity limits and waitlists, with spots updating live, keep each program the right size. Forms with your own questions, waivers, and versioned terms are completed as people sign up.

Money comes in with less chasing

Fees by season, session, or month become invoices on the day you choose, with multi-member discounts and promo codes applied. Account holders pay by card or from a bank account, and can pay part now and the rest later.

Events fill, and the day is staffed

Events take sign-ups and fees from the groups you choose, and tickets carry a QR code that is checked at the door. Volunteer jobs can be limited to certain groups, and shifts can earn volunteer points.

Everyone hears from the club

Email any roster or group, send push notifications, and run a club website with member-only pages on your own domain. Members install the club's app, with its name and icon, without an app store.

Club gear ordered online

Account holders order club clothing and equipment online, with sizes and a name added where you offer them, and the cost is billed with their other fees.

Yes means the feature works for that kind of club. It does not mean clubs of that kind use Pool Queue today.

04Built for swimming

Swim club depth, ready for your sport

Pool Queue was built for competitive swim clubs, which run meets, entries, results, and records on top of registration and fees.

Everything outside those swim tools works for any sports club, including the reports your treasurer and board rely on: finances, registration, events, volunteers, and the store. See what swim clubs get

05Questions

Questions

Does Pool Queue work for sports other than swimming?

Yes, including pool sports such as water polo and diving. Registration, fees, payments, events, volunteers, reports, and your website work for any club; only the meet, results, and swim time tools are built for swimming. Game stats, dive sheets, and scoring stay with the tools you use for competition; Pool Queue runs the club around them. See what each kind of club gets.

What does it cost?

Clubs that don't use the competitive swimming tools, such as meets and results, pay the other sports clubs price: one flat monthly price, whatever your club's size, plus a one-time setup. See pricing.

What does the service agreement look like?

Simple: a month-to-month subscription, with no long-term contract to sign. The monthly price is one flat price, plus applicable taxes.

Who pays the card processing fees?

You choose. Your club can pass processing costs on to account holders with an optional surcharge, where allowed.

Who sets up our club?

Pool Queue does. We set up your club, bring your members across, and train your team, all online.

Can account holders spread out their payments?

Yes. Set fees by season, by month, or on your own payment schedule, and let account holders pay part of an invoice now and the rest later.

Can we add our own questions and waivers?

Yes. Registration forms take your own questions, waivers, and terms, with a report of who agreed to what.

Can members use Pool Queue in French?

Yes. Member-facing pages are in English and French, following each person's browser language.
