Orders are billed like everything else
An order goes on the account and arrives on the next invoice with the club's other fees, so there is nothing new for anyone to learn. Your books stay tidy too, and you can ask for a card on file before anyone orders.
Every order tracked to pickup
Each order moves from submitted to in progress to fulfilled, and staff keep internal notes. Marking an order fulfilled emails the account holder your message, such as when and where to pick it up.
- An order confirmation for the account holder, and an alert to your store staff
- Account holders see their orders in their account
- Order and stock reports export to a spreadsheet
