Every answer in before the deadline
Members sign up for a meet, choose their sessions, and, if your club allows it, mark the events they want to swim. Anyone who has not answered can get an email and push reminder before sign-up closes. Entry fees go straight to account invoices.
Meet entries that start from every swimmer's best
Load the meet from the host's event file, and every swimmer's best times are waiting, in all three courses, with the meet cut beside them. Pick the events, and let the relay builder put your fastest four together. Before anything goes out, Pool Queue catches a faster recent swim or an entry problem, so the file the meet host gets is right the first time.
Every new best, and every record broken
Load the results, and every personal best updates for you, with no times typed in by hand. When a club record is broken, Pool Queue spots it, you approve it, and your record board is current. Swimmers see the cuts they have made, results carry World Aquatics points, and the club can get a record-breaker alert the moment it happens.
